1 whole litre of deliciousness! Bottom layer is banana, strawberry, raspberry smoothie; then some strawberry slices; then chia seeds soaked overnight in almond milk; then another smoothie made with blueberry, banana, & unpasteurized coconut water (from @organiclives); and finally pomegranate seeds! Bliss.

So i was looking back at old photos, and came across the photo on the left..ha ha ha. Look at me! Look at me face!😳 #chubbybubby back then i didnt even realise I looked like that, I knew i was bigger but it didnt phase me although a few months after this photo was taken - was when my ED & depression formed πŸ™… that was a rough few years. But now! Look at me now compared to then!😍 I’ve changed, and grown so much.πŸ™Œ i am reminding myself how far I have come compared to who i used to be, to who I am now. completely different girl to back then.😳 if someone showed me the photo on the right to me 4 years ago and told me it was me I wouldn’t of believed them! i am so proud of myself and all I have achieved.πŸ™Œ late #TRANSFORMATIONTUESDAY
